Custom direct-drive toolhead bracket in PC blend

Replacement toolhead bracket for my Voron 2.4 — the stock part fits, but I wanted a stiffer mount with channels for two cable looms instead of one. Designed in OnShape, six revisions, finally printed in Prusament PC Blend Carbon Black.
PC Blend at 280°C in an enclosed chamber. 0.25 mm layers, 5 walls, 40% gyroid infill. Annealed at 100°C for 6 hours after printing to set the heat-deflection temperature above 105°C, well above any conceivable chamber temperature.
Two months of daily printing later, no deformation, no creep. The factory ABS bracket was visibly sagging at the heat-set inserts after two weeks.
